Team, security & affiliate email

Team seats

Invite people under Settings → Team. The link in the email works once, for 7 days, and only for the invited address. Admins manage affiliates, commissions and settings. Billing, billing connections, API keys, payouts, tax forms, full exports, erasing people and the team itself stay with the owner. Free includes 2 seats, you included; Pro and Growth are unlimited.

Two-factor sign-in

Turn it on under Settings → Sign-in security with any authenticator app. You get backup codes once: keep them somewhere safe, because each signs you in one time if you lose your phone. It protects password sign-in. If you sign in with Google, your two-step settings live in your Google account.

Activity log

Activity log lists each change made by your team, your API keys and coding agents, your affiliates and the system, kept for 24 months. Filter it by area or by who did it.

Alerts to you

• New applications: a summary within an hour, at most every 6 hours, on every plan.
• Payouts due: when someone's approved earnings reach your minimum and they can be paid, at most weekly.

Both go to the program owner and respect the unsubscribe link in the email.

Automatic emails to affiliates

From your program's name, with replies coming to you, on all plans:

• First click on their link
• First sale
• A nudge when they go quiet: 14 days after approval with no clicks, or 30 days since their last click. Twice at most, 60 days apart, and never to someone who has made a sale.

Nobody gets one of these within 48 hours of another, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Switch them off under Settings → Affiliate emails. Approval, sign-in and payout emails always go out.

Broadcasts

On Pro and Growth, Broadcasts writes to all your approved affiliates in plain text, with {link} replaced by each person's referral link. The limits protect deliverability for every program on the service: 1 a day, 3 a week and 2,000 people per broadcast (100 while a program is under 14 days old). Unsubscribed people are skipped.

Promotion kit

Promotion kit holds copy, links and image URLs, shown on each affiliate's dashboard. {link} in copy becomes their own referral link. Images stay on your own site, and links must use http or https.

Application form

Add up to five questions under Settings → Application form: short text, a link, or a pick from a list. Each new application also records the terms the person accepted, the date and a hash of their IP address. Signups are screened with a hidden field and a minimum fill time, plus rate limits.
