Fraud & approvals
Which sales get held for a person to approve, and why.
Referralmeter never drops a sale. A suspicious one is recorded with a flag and its commission waits in needs approval until you approve or reject it.

Set an approval threshold and auto-approval of new affiliates in Settings, or with PATCH /api/v1/program (approval_threshold_cents, auto_approve_affiliates).
Commissions without a flag wait out your hold period (30 days by default, so refunds land first), then become payable. Refunds and chargebacks reverse them: in full when unpaid, or as a deduction from the next payout when already paid.
